Coverage
We supply to the UK only. Only Airsoft BB guns can be supplied to Northern Ireland. Orders placed by mistake will be refunded by cheque less a £15 fee.
Delivery
There is a one off charge of
£4.50 as standard for mainland UK orders with a normal delivery time of two to three
working days but mostly next day.
We can arrange a special next day delivery for £11.50. For orders outside of
mainland UK please phone for additional carriage charge.
We make every effort to deliver on time and within these timescales but have to rely on other parties but delays are rare.
WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND UK
Payment
Please make Cheques payable to Evergreen Internet Services. Postal orders should be crossed for security. Do not send cash Allow up to five working days for Cheques to clear. Payment can also be made by Paypal using our shopping cart.
Privacy
Personal data is held under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any products. If your goods are faulty or incorrect upon receipt you must notify us within 48 hours either by phone or preferably by email. We will refund or replace upon return of these goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery. We do not operate on a sale or return basis, all sales are final. All goods are covered by the manufactures one year guarantee. The return postage costs for an item delivered as faulty and notified within 48 hour of delivery will not be covered by Evergreen Internet Services.
Availability
All goods are normally in stock but may be subject to availability, if any goods are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible giving you a delivery date, if this is not acceptable you may cancel the order with a full refund by cheque.
Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and you must not use them. If the item has been used or any seals broken then it will be taken that you have accepted the goods and cannot return them under the Distance Selling Regulations. The return costs for any item being returned is at your expense and you agree to this by placing an order.
Information
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are accurate. All descriptions of goods are to assist in making a purchase and we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Evergreen Internet Services will use reasonable practices to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it is free from errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and we do not accept liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
